The 18th Teleinformatics Exhibition COMPUTER EXPO 2003 hosted the BRT. The COMPUTER EXPO exhibition is most prestigious data communications event in Poland, held under the honorary and specialist patronage of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

The BRT was organized on the first day of the exhibition on the 21st of January, at 14.30 - 17.30 hours, and was proceeded by the ACTeN project presentation at 13.10.
